"Jennie Hughes is a pelvic health physiotherapist and the Founder of FourTherapy Ltd. She treats all concerns and complaints going on within the pelvis. This might include, bladder, bowel, sexual dysfunction problems as well as pelvic pain conditions such as vaginismus or bladder pain syndrome. She also works with pregnant and post-natal women guiding them through safe exercises to be completing. She also takes a particular interest in menopausal women and men's health. Jennie teaches physio-led pilates at peoples homes and online."

Jennie is incredibly knowledgeable and professional and I got so much out of my postpartum review with her. She has a very warm manner. She listened thoroughly and managed to map out some key problems from my initial discussion with her, and we managed to make an action plan for each issue following examination. I would strongly recommend her services !
Having never done Pilates before I was a little nervous for my first class but Jennie was fantastic! She explained everything clearly and offered suggestions for how to make positions easier/harder depending on skill level. I will definitely be attending regularly from now on
Jennie has been fantastic throughout my pregnancy - this is my 2nd and I wish I had known about her for my 1st! I initially saw her for a physio check after feeling uncomfortable walking and exercising at about 15 weeks. Since then she has supported me to strengthen my muscles with tailored exercises and her Pilates classes. I noticed a real difference within just a few weeks and feel much stronger. Highly recommended for all pregnant and postnatal women!
Jennie is the absolute BEST!!!! I have been seeing her for years and absolutely love my Pilates sessions with her. I have had 3 pregnancies very close together and it’s thanks to her guidance and support and physio sessions that I have stayed strong and not hurt myself during my pregnancies. She knows everything there is to know about womens health physio and is so professional about it all. Our Pilates sessions are great fun and she finds the perfect balance of pushing me really hard but also recognising when I was weak during the first trimesters and helping me listen to my body. So grateful to have found her and couldn’t live without you Jen!
Jennie has been an integral part of my c-section recovery from baby #1 with physio-based Pilates. I loved working out with her so much that I kept her on weekly for Pilates sessions at my house she was flexible and accommodated my work schedule… when I fell pregnant with baby #2 I was so grateful to know that the work we were doing was safe and in fact put me in a better position strength-wise for the second pregnancy. Now that I’m recovered from C-section #2 I’m so grateful to have Jennie’s support and guidance for more physio-based Pilates. She is kind, knowledgeable, makes me feel comfortable but also pushes me which is a great balance. I really look forward to our weekly sessions and would highly recommend her to any new mums or mums-to-be!
Jennie is the best pilates instructor I’ve been to! Her classes are pretty tough but she always offers alternatives for different levels. Really great for core and toning.

After my 1st pregnancy I went to see Jennie 4 weeks after giving birth and I wish I had gone sooner and known about her before, she has been amazing! I initially saw her for a physio check up about 4 weeks post natal after being unable to walking or exercise. 
Since then she has supported me and helped to strengthen my muscles with tailored exercises and her Online pilates classes. Every time I saw her I noticed a huge difference and felt much stronger. Highly recommended for all pregnant and postnatal women.
