Breeze Yoga is an exceptional Yoga Studio in Beckenham, offering a variety of classes including Hot Yoga, Traditional Yoga, Meditation and Pilates.

Story

At Breeze we pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional offering of Yoga, Pilates and Meditation classes for everybody, in a warm, positive and nurturing environment - bringing about positive transformation in countless individuals irrespective of age, ability and experience - try us and see!

We offer more classes and disciplines than any other studio of it's kind in the UK, with more than 80 classes taking place each week.

Breeze comprises of 4 air conditioned studios, spread over 2 floors, together with men's and women's shower and changing facilities, a comfortable seating area, drinks bar and gift shop. We offer Hot Yoga and Traditional Yoga classes, Pilates Matwork and Reformer classes and Meditation classes. In addition we run retreats, yoga holidays, workshops, courses and teacher trainings. A team of expert therapists from Pureform Clinic offer Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, Nutrition and Sports/Remedial Massage and newly launched at Breeze are Power Pilates UK with their dedicated Reformer Bed studio.

I use to do Yoga at Breeze over 10 years ago when it was fairly new, I’m delighted to be back after all these years. The location is easily accessible, I feel at home as soon as I walk through the front door, front of house staff are so warm and welcoming. It always smells great. The yoga teachers are fantastic and hold such a safe space for you to dive deeper into your practice. Really grateful to be back! Look forward to my classes every week :

I had a holistic massage with Christophe and it was amazing. I feel so much better. It was my first time with a male masseuse and he made me feel super comfortable. You could tell he was very experienced and professional. I will definitely be going back.

I am in LOVE with breeze!! Joined the 20 days for £50 and my experience has been great, the hot yoga with junior is an amazing beautiful peaceful yoga ! such a community feel !! Highly recommend!!!

I don’t know where to start, other than with a massive thank-you! The team at Breeze have been welcoming, caring and supportive since I joined them. The teachers are truly the best, not only in terms of their knowledge, but their energy and approach to all levels of Yogis. I am slowly making my way through the extensive timetable and variety of classes but I have to mention a few teachers/classes which have really helped me, both physically, spiritually and emotionally. Fatma- brings such beautiful energy into her classes, is extremely knowledgeable and supportive. All of Fatma’s classes are wonderful. My favourite has to be her Warm Yin and Alchemy singing bowls. Amazing. Junior- bringing beautiful energy, kindness and compassion. I look forward to Qi-gong every Weds evening. Hassan- each and every class Hassan does, amazing. He really encourages you to dig deep. Wailing- all of her classes, extremely knowledgeable, supportive and calming. Sally- her restorative Sunday evening class will have you floating away, and sleeping very well! Suzy- her sound meditation classes are utter heaven. I have been to many studios over the years, nowhere compares to Breeze. Big thank you to Lucia and all of the reception team, who always greet you with a smile.
I love Breeze Yoga- from the minute I walked through the door I felt welcome and a sense of inner peace! It has since become my second home. I attend a least one class everyday and I am always excited to learn which incense or aroma spray will be used during my class and in the reception! The staff are so friendly, extremely experienced and kind- something you don’t see enough of these days. There is an array of yoga, Pilates, meditation, Barre and spin classes to suit absolutely everyone. It really doesn’t matter how experienced or inexperienced you are- there will be a class to suit your needs and the instructors will help you with your poses without making you feel stupid. I have been attending for six weeks now and it has really improved my sense of wellbeing. I look forward to attending my classes everyday. Breeze also boasts the presence of Calli the resident husky who so beautiful and super friendly! I can’t recommend Breeze highly enough!
Great community for yoga, pilates and barre in Beckenham. Full timetable of classes with a high standard of teaching. Front of house team are friendly and helpful.
This place is my second home and my sanctuary. There is a class for everyone of every age, ability and inclination at Breeze. Not to mention an amazing community of awesome people!
