I came in at quite hour so the experience was quite nice and relaxing, plenty of sitting space to choose from. Food: 4 out of 5, my burger was a tad colder than I expect it to be given how quiet it was. Other than that it was nice and juicy, great taste too. Service 5 out of 5
Loved it, great choice of burgers, this one was the chili burger, the only thing I was disappointed in was the fries they seem to be coated in what tasted like garlic salt, shame! An acquired taste I guess but not for me. Other than that, great service, good views.
Just want to say the staff were amazing and so lovely. We had a dinner really late at night around 10:00-10:30 and they were still fun and great. Our whole group LOVED our burgers fries and milkshakes we ate so much we had to roll out of the place. Also if you look on the ceiling at the security cameras there are little cows perched on them !
Compared to other Byron restaurants, I think this one lacked the same fine detail as the others. Burgers were nice....genuinely juiciy. .but it's the fine detail that was lacking....what I expect from a £80 meal isn't a burger that looks like its been put together within 5 seconds. Waitress was nice....very expensive for what you get. Family of 4 with drinks 2 starters and 4 burgers, cost just under £80.....
A very, very nice meal and experience here. We engaged with 4 different staff members on our visit and all were pleasant and engaged. We had the buffalo wings to start - really delicious, but just wish they came with wet wipes. Surely that’s essential given the sticky mess?! For the mains we had two beef burgers one chilli and one cheese — both nice and were cooked as requested. “Cheesy” chips probably weren’t worth the uplift in my opinion since it was only a mere drizzle of sauce I think. French fries otherwise good. The mac and cheese was also good. The general vibe and atmosphere was nice. We downloaded the ”Secret DJ” app where you can pick your own songs while you dine. Each user has a limit of 3 songs but if you each downloaded the app then you’re sorted. A nice addition to a great meal. On my next visit I’m keen to try the courgette fries and all of their other delicious sides/starters!
I liked when we were coming in without having pre-booked a table on Saturday night. That was a huge relief for me. The burger was excellent and they have simple menu that you cannot go wrong with it. The service is pretty good as well.
Great design and atmosphere with poor customer service. We ordered Byron burger look was good but it was cold and without any taste! I expect better burger with this price. We asked for the sauce and they bring for us mayonnaise and chilli mayo and they charge us for sauce that was a big surprise. How is possible you order burger in the restaurant and they charge you for sauce!!!! They also had a service charge, they wrote it’s for their team but I was not happy with their service.
Greatest vegan burger I had ever. If you are here you got to try them. Like the deli style interior, funky pictures everywhere Attentive staff, we came with a toddler and they made us feel very welcome.
We had to wait quite awhile on a Friday night because we didn’t have a booking. Who makes a reservation for a burger joint? Anyway the staff was nice, friendly and helpful with regard to food allergies. Tables were large and booths were comfortable. I ordered the chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun. The bun wasn’t bad at all but the chicken was literally as hard as a rock, not edible at all and a waste. Not sure what they did to cook it but it shouldn’t have been served like that. The fries were okay but weren’t particularly hot. My spouse had a hamburger and though they didn’t ask how he wanted it cooked, it was served very rare. That’s not safe and not what most people want. Pink and juicy is one thing but barely cooked and all red inside is another. He ate it because we were starving by that point but we both said we wouldn’t return. Byron itself is good if you go to one that is run well and pride is taken with the cooking but this one wasn’t and needs massive improvement in the kitchen. Three stars for the friendly staff, clean table, and drink selection.
Great evening tonight at byron very busy but fast service and food was amazing, great portions and very flavoursome, will definitely be back and in the top 10 of burgers!
