As authentic American as it can get here on the other side of the pond. From food through to drinks and serving sizes. Great choice of cocktails including 2 for 1 offers. Free flow soda also available.  Brioche bun was a little tough but the Friday's glaze was rather unique. Bacon was juicy and succulent. The loaded fries were nicely topped off with cheese and bacon bits.

Standard chain restaurant, some not so interested receptionists but once seated service was good, attentive and polite. Food was good, not amazing but perfectly edible and couldn't complain about anything. Service was quick, food was hot, just felt slightly mass produced.Food: 4/5

Food was really nice except the steak, it wasn’t cooked as we asked for it to be and meat was really chewy. Employee and manager took it professionally, we got apologised and the steak was refunded. Beef burger and chicken wings were delicious. Also we had cocktails and the have 2 for 1 offer which is really good.Food: 3/5

Fajitas were kind of bland, tortillas tasteless, overall not a good value for the money. Service very slow.

Wonderful place to eat. All of the meals in our group were delicious, and the staff was very attentive to our needs, especially its allergies. The place felt like a typical TGI and met expectations there. Only issue was the rather high prices just below 20 quid that felt a bit high for the adequate but not gargantuan portion sizes. Still would happily return.

Any place that has Animal from The Muppets behind a drum kit on display gets my vote!!!. Service was polite, fast and welcoming. A little sad that you have to pay to park outside the establishment - but worth the munchies and atmosphere.Food: 5/5

when we asked about spoons and forks to eat, she ignored us and left us sitting there waiting and we had to go get them ourselves. When she brought out the food and put it on the table it made a noise. when we asked for the bill to pay, she threw the bill on the table and without saying thank you she left. She never opened her mouth to speak like a mute person. The service attitude I found the first time was very poor and incapable of understanding. We have eaten here many times and the previous times were very good but this time it was really bad and we felt angry while eating. I hope the manager here needs to change this employee's service attitude and show respect for customers.

Very underwhelming food . Plenty of it but double the price I would've liked to pay.  Portions were twice the size one needed but I guess that's how they get the money in the till . Will be another 30 years before I go back .Food: 3/5

Great food, wonderful service. Will visit again. We didn't have a booking and it was a busy Saturday night, but they accommodated us well. 2 for 1 cocktails all day, every day as well.Food: 4/5

Cost £39 for sesame chicken strips, boneless wings in red hot sauce and 2 for 1 mocktails  strawberry fields on the expensive side for the amount of food available. The wings had too much sauce and very salt. The sesame chicken strips were nice but very expensive. The cocktails were nice but too much ice. I would only go again if the prices were restructured.
