Byron Burger

Just want to say the staff were amazing and so lovely. We had a dinner really late at night around 10:00-10:30 and they were still fun and great. Our whole group LOVED our burgers fries and milkshakes we ate so much we had to roll out of the place. Also if you look on the ceiling at the security cameras there are little cows perched on them !

Great design and atmosphere with poor customer service. We ordered Byron burger look was good but it was cold and without any taste! I expect better burger with this price. We asked for the sauce and they bring for us mayonnaise and chilli mayo and they charge us for sauce that was a big surprise. How is possible you order burger in the restaurant and they charge you for sauce!!!! They also had a service charge, they wrote it’s for their team but I was not happy with their service.

I liked when we were coming in without having pre-booked a table on Saturday night. That was a huge relief for me. The burger was excellent and they have simple menu that you cannot go wrong with it. The service is pretty good as well.

I came in at quite hour so the experience was quite nice and relaxing, plenty of sitting space to choose from. Food: 4 out of 5, my burger was a tad colder than I expect it to be given how quiet it was. Other than that it was nice and juicy, great taste too. Service 5 out of 5

Loved it, great choice of burgers, this one was the chili burger, the only thing I was disappointed in was the fries they seem to be coated in what tasted like garlic salt, shame! An acquired taste I guess but not for me. Other than that, great service, good views.

Compared to other Byron restaurants, I think this one lacked the same fine detail as the others. Burgers were nice....genuinely juiciy. .but it's the fine detail that was lacking....what I expect from a £80 meal isn't a burger that looks like its been put together within 5 seconds. Waitress was nice....very expensive for what you get. Family of 4 with drinks 2 starters and 4 burgers, cost just under £80.....

The food was incredible and the staff were excellent and very attentive to our needs. My partner told them we were going to the cinema after and they went out their way to ensure service was prompt and the quality did not suffer! We were welcomed by John, who made sure my allergies were taken care of immediately and attentively and the options for those with allergies are excellent. Our dining experience was fantastic and we will be headed back soon! 5 STARS!

Nice restaurant visit on Christmas eve, staff we're friendly and efficient, maybe a little too eager as we got our mains within minutes of our starter, nevertheless they where very good. Food was excellent in quality and size. Wasn't particularly atmospheric because it was quite quiet.Food: 5/5

Take an extra jumper. Cold, cold, cold. Currently, the restaurant is overlooking the ice rink which is soooo much warmer. Other than that a very nice experience. You get exactly what is on the menu.. no more, no less, so if you want fries, onions mushrooms with your burger make sure you order them. What seems as reasonably priced does start getting in my opinion expensive, when you add to your burger. It took a very long time to take our food order, but we did have the opportunity to order several rounds of drinks while we waited. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Been going here for years with my grandchildren, and always had a delicious burger. Unfortunately not this time. I went for a chicken fillet, bad mistake. Huge amount of batter covering a very small, dry, overcooked chicken fillet. Will definitely not be ordering chicken again.
