We've passed a beautiful evening in this rustic risto pub. Highly recommended! Extremely good food and drinks, welcoming staff friendly and professional.
Under new management and WOW what a difference. Staff are amazing and friendly. Food is fantastic. Really good value for money and tasty as can be. Fantastic options for both adults and kids. Fantastic value for three course Sunday Roast. Delicious options beef/lamb/pork/chicken/veggie. Great place for kids to run around. Worth a visit if you have young kids and want them to play in their great playground.
Went here for our sports club Xmas meal. Enjoyed a tasty Sunday roast dinner, a large plateful served with a good selection of vegetables. Good friendly service with Brakspear ales on tap. Superb value for money, worth a visit.
Such a great pub, the selection of beer offering a local selection as well as some of the usual suspects, best Guinness around. The homemade food is great local produce and good portion size you won't leave hungry. Special mention to Rob who always makes us feel welcome.
Food is brilliant, been a few times now and it’s always done to perfection. Staff are amazingly friendly and it’s overall a really nice place to relax. Highly recommend to anyone
New owners, very friendly bar staff and good atmosphere
We had a meal here for my son’s birthday, we had a table for 7 people and I have to say the standard of the meal was as good as it gets, the young lady serving us was very helpful and friendly

Had a great lunch last Friday Delicious food and great service Good value Give it a go
We went to have lunch here today but where told they were not taking orders for nearly an hour. This was annoying as we had ordered drinks and asked for a high chair so was obvious we wanted food. We were told a large party were arriving but they weren't there yet. We left our drinks as we had a hungry toddler to accommodate. Its a shame as we had walked to the pub and previously had excellent food and service there.
