Absolute embarrassment to the enterprise brand. Zero customer service or communication skills. The staff here are clearly in need of some training as they all seem to hate their jobs.

Very poor and unprofessional customer service.  The communication between the maintenance team and the main office is unbelievably a shambles.  I was promised two different days to pick up my Van in their repair shop, drove all the way from up North just to be told that it’s not ready! What a mess that noone seems to know anything but pass on the blame to somebody else!

Took my Flexi rent vehicle back for a few problems EML on & spanner light also a front wheel bearing very noisy  After unloading the van to put back in other van left the yard went about a quarter of a mile reached the speed of about 30- 40mph and bearing still very noisy. Returned back to yard,got a college from the yard told him w/bearing still very noisy off he went then returned to tell me it's not been replaced, while waiting the EML & spanner light came back on and same warning memo reappeared on dash ,so had to change the van back. They said the van had been sent to the main dealership to rectify the EML, spanner light they don't seem to have done a very good job.yet got a good van second time around,see what comes of the old van? Got van back after 3 weeks drove van for work purposes to Sheffield on motorway in cruise control van came out of cruise control EML light appears on dash lost power returned van back to enterprise were upon they plug in the diagnostic equipment and what a surprise same faults as 3weeks ago so again back to another van left my fuel card in the van went to get it from main dealership on being there the y asked me what was wrong with the van as enterprise had cleared the codes and they could not find any problems van still at dealership.I had a transit crew cab for 2days this had no cruise control  and would not go over 70mph as restricted but no problems then the company got us a transit connect 2018 plate with yet again the EML on the dash I have now been told I am getting a transit van automatic with all the  best equipment, hope this is ok we will see.

Arrived waited outside in minus 3 was then told to wait 10 mins and vehicle would be fetched round 1 hr 45 minute wait for a pre booked hire. Let you judge for yourself.

Poor customer service, rude and waited 2 hours to get a van outside the building in 2°c weather.... Not recommended at all.

I found the staff to be rude and unhelpful... however the vehicles are good quality and clean

B2B commercial van centre who know their stuff.  Much better than the typical Enterprise rent a car
