DO NOT HIRE FROM THIS COMPANY! 
Not only did they NOT have the vehicle we originally hired (Jeep as it was winter and we were heading toward snow areas), we were forced to 'upgrade' for and extra 15 GBP per day to have a vehicle large enough for our luggage requirements. They sent us out in an un-roadworthy vehicle, without all the necessary tools to change a tyre or the vehicle instruction manual. We encountered a flat due to a pothole in the road and mostly as we were to discover, the tyres were dangerously under-inflated (confirmed by the rescue team). This explained the very poor handling of the vehicle. Upon returning the vehicle, it was inspected and given the all clear. After arriving back to  Australia, we were demanded to pay $663.29AU for the tyre damage. We have denied the claim, and instead of attempting to claim the funds from my partners credit card, they deducted it from mine WITHOUT AUTHORISATION. This is now in the hands of the relevant authorities...
