Food was surprisingly good, we had the Sunday carvery. Extremely good value for money, and tasty! However the gentlemen who was serving meat today 15.8.21 was rude, abrupt and seriously needs to consider a non customer facing role, ruined what would have been a really nice lunch stop. Real shame, should have been so much better.
Had a day out at Blackpool, went in for food, it was very busy but got served quickly. Kids eat free so that was great.. food took around 20 mins & that’s was good for how busy it was.. I cannot fault the food, very tasty. Staff was nice & helpful
We have been twice and never failed, small que to go in at busy times as expected. Staff spot on, food was great for fish and chips and steak which were cooked fresh. Asked for extra mayo as bottle ran out and was given a new one promptly. Recommended food place for families
Some staff helpful, some staff rude. I am disabled and I wanted to sit in a comfortable change. The member of staff was in the middle of cleaning the table and she said quite rudely you need to move as I am cleaning. No please or thank you. She could of don't it with out us moving
Absolutely disgusting. My food was out quicker than McDonald's would get their food out. The Manager, Tony, told us they cook the food in the morning then they reheat to order. I was here about 5.30pm so you're talking about 8 hours approx of my food being left. Avoid the place
Absolutely superb place for quick meal and drinks , food great price. Kids eat free with a paying adult and the portions are very good aswell. Never had a bad meal in lots of visits .
Staff very friendly and accommodating despite it being busy mega. We didn't order food so can't comment on that but drinks were a fair price. Would come again
