Excellent time in here , great music , attentive bar staff and security working well
Was in town with 6 other friends for our friends Stag. It was one of the stops on our pub crawl but we stayed here for the night. It was busy but the service was good. The security team on duty are one the best I've come across I work in the security industry. All were both professional and very personable with great banter. We were to come back the next day to watch the England v Ukraine quarter finals and enjoy another night there but I think the group was spent from the night before. But I would definitely go back if I'm back in Blackpool. Good prices, great atmosphere, right kind of music upstairs.. we stayed upstairs and great staff.
Good place busy good music and staff are good aswell
The door staff were exceptional in their duties and couldn't do enough to help. Very friendly, professional throughout and above all showed people that they are a requirement and can perform their duties effectively. We'll done to them a credit to the brannigans name. The waitress however was shocking.
The slimline blonde waitress with the Harry S.Truman glasses was astoundingly rude and uncivil. After we confirmed we wanted to pay for our drinks separately she responded obnoxiously with “for f*cks sake” then moved onto some other customers without bothering to take our order. Needless to say, myself and my acquaintances won’t be patronising this establishment again!
Had an absolute brilliant night here, staff were fantastic including the bouncers. One of the best nights out I’ve had. Specifically the bouncers Anton, Cameron and lee were absolutely down to earth and made the night a good laugh. Michael the gentleman that works the toilets here is extremely friendly and a good laugh too. Also spoke to cara which I believe was the club management, also a fantastic and down to earth person. Will be back here 100% and highly recommend for anyone to start their night here.
fantastic customer service I had on Saturday night from a lady with red hair and a black and white jacket.!!!! think her name was steph she went above and beyond to make my night great. you need more staff like this in your club. please can u pass on the fantastic comment to her please will be back and hopefully see this member of staff for another fantastic night of customer service This member of staff needs a promotion as fantastic customer service
Was absolutely brilliant! The staff were extremely nice especially one of the head security guys... Very helpful and accommodating on our hen weekend!
Don't ever go in unless you willing to spend over £65 on around of single vodka with coke for 5 lads. And the staff are aragant and distasteful
It States on the Posters outside this Club that's it's a must see place. There's no other Club in Blackpool better. What a load of Rubbish. The light show is poorly fitted just looks like a load of tac bought off eBay. The Sound is way too loud. No bass to much tops. The pop they sell instead of Guinness is nasty, Cafferies I think the they called it. I had 3 pints then threw up in the gutter outside. Though some tart on the door Reception part told the Security I threw up on the window so got me banned. I don't blame the Door Security, they were nice guys doing a tough job. The Barstaff are brilliant. There's even a dude in the Men's Restroom that keeps it spotless then sprays awesome scents on you for a tip. But that makes this Club stand out. Female Disc Jockey was very friendly & very professional. But did her best with the terrible Sound & Lights in the Club. I've DJ'd thousands of Pubs & Clubs all around the UK since 1982 & believe me Brannigans in Blackpool too me isn't at all worth wasting your time or your money on. Besides it's only open 2 days a week. Appalling Light Show. Too much Smoke effects. Should use a Hazer. I don't recommend this Club at all...
