Bubbledogs
"Bubbledogs is a Champagne bar and restaurant in Fitzrovia, central London. Award-winning sommelier Sandia Chang has curated a list of grower Champagnes, steering away from the big names to discover some of Champagne’s smaller, but most exciting and experienced wine producers. Many of the Champagnes are available by the glass, so you can explore the range on offer in a relaxed environment. Continuing this unconventional approach, the bar bites on offer combine a gourmet twist on the classic American hot dog and sides, plus a selection of hand-selected cheeses and caviar."

Champagne and ‘dogs. Bubbles and “junk” - love love love it! Had the most epic time here! Service was as good as the food and drinks! Had a million different champagne types to choose which I know not much of but the recommended was awesome! Can’t wait to come back!
Great place to enjoy a more upmarket and delicious hotdog. And some great champagne to pair with it. It matches surprisingly well. I would recommend
Fun concept and the building and decor is cool and what you'd expect in a trendy London restaurant. The hotdogs were ok, but I had visions of them being a lot bigger than they were - not sure if the idea is to order more than one and sample different ones. Very extensive champagne list, but we stuck to the house one, which was good enough. It can get very busy, took over an hour and a half to get a table, but didn't mind waiting. Was a bit peeved though that I wasn't given a phone call to say the table was free, had to go back, despite leaving my number. All in all, good idea if you're looking for a quick bite and a novelty, but feel the food could be more sizeable.
What's not to love? Hot dogs and champagne?! And reasonably priced champagne at that.. in a cool space with great service! It's not the place you'll have a long, leisurely dinner try michelin-starred Kitchen Table out the back for that and linger all night, but it is excellent for exactly what it does. Yum!! All my London foodie loves on Insta at @hello_hedonaut.
The star of the place is the champagne, not the hot dogs. Fun concept and vibe - a twist to a regular night out drinking. However, our 2 hotdogs weren’t as delicious as we expected. We’ve had better.
Love. This. Place. Now been here a couple of times and can safely say I’d keep on coming back. Don’t be shy on telling the staff here on what you’d like to spend on champagne, there’s something for everyone on the menu. Food wise, everything is great. You get to pick your type of sausage pork is great! and everything can come veggie too. You’re also now able to book ahead
Best expirience ever, the gourmet hotdogs were interesting, full of flavor paired with champagne gave it a special twist. It's an odd and pleasant combination. The icing on the cake was the popcorn ice-cream it wad surprisingly delicious. RECOMMEND
Champagne and former hotdogs, and interesting experience! I enjoyed the hot dog had the BLT and there was a nice range of options to choose from. However I felt like it was a bit overpriced for what you got. You really need to go for a few sides as well to feel full.
My friends and I ate here for their sixth birthday and they had a special menu, so I can't comment on their usual menu. I had nachos with cheese, guacamole and beef chili and a Sloppy Joe's hot dog from the Bubbledogs menu as well as octopus and ox tongue tacos from Santo Remedio. The Bubbledogs dishes were ok, but nothing stood out and I actually enjoyed both Santo Remedio dishes more. The nachos were the usual fare and the Sloppy Joe's would have been better with something acidic e.g. pickles to contrast the mild flavours of the cheese and beef chili. My favourite flavour combination was the side that came with the octopus; a light guacamole, grilled pineapple pieces, salsa and pickled onions. The ox tongue tacos had a nice paste which was flavoursome, but I found the meat too chewy. There are so many nice places in London that I wouldn't consider coming back here.
I believe the place did its job. It was cute! I think the champagne catalogue is very impressive and the waiters are really well informed. I had the New Yorker and added blue cheese with was tasty but I wish the hot dogs were a bit bigger for the price being paid for the whole meal. There was a good atmosphere when I went, not crowded and we were taken care of very well. Overall the place was clean and stylish for a hotdog joint! It was nice to visit for the special hot dogs which I hear appear, I'll be intrigued to try! I think if you'd like a good taste of a variety get the three mini dogs and play with flavours. If the hotdog itself was bigger, it'd be 4, stars like the rest of it.
