Amazing atmosphere, a real slice of the 1930's. The staff are wonderful, the cocktails are great - at standard London prices cheaper than a year ago I think. Well worth a visit.
Fantastic place! The dining room looks spectacular and the food and wine are very good. Live music as well it's something quite different from a lot of places in London...I would definitely recommend
A jump back time. Classic and forgotten cocktails prepared perfectly in this classy environment. Service is outstanding and we appreciate very much the welcome cordial.
This place is a gem in London, if you want to experience the very best dining this is the place to go. 1920s style throughout and table service in the bar,extremely reasonably priced and outstanding value for money. The food was top notch as were the cocktails. Will be visiting again soon. Live band was a lovely touch of elegance.
Subtle but attentive staff, subtle but classic cocktails, subtle is the only way to describe this speakeasy that hides in plain sight.
Enjoyed the Bastille Day theme this evening. Excellent food, very friendly and efficient staff both in the adjacent bar Americain and restaurant. Typical London prices but considering the venue, service and quality of the menu, genuine good value.
