We have been here for lunch with the family and it is always nice. The setting is very nice, with the gardens always nice to walk around. The food and drinks are good too, so in all it is a nice place to come for lunch. It’s very chilled too so it’s peaceful of an afternoon.
Friendly greeting, good service but the main meal was very poor chips inedible, best thing was a scoop of ice cream but disappointed there was no wafer or even a strawberry/raspberry.nThe Hotel have let themselves down all the wonderful decor but could not produce a reasonable lunch.
Stayed for 1 night with my son whilst visiting Snetterton race tracknWhen we arrived at the suggested 4 stars it looked unloved very tired,nWalking in a very musty smell extremely old fashioned which isn’t too bad to be fair.nThe room was in period of good decoration…nThe double bed was a twin pushed together ‍n& then the shower was very disappointing not even like warm & no pressure…….. in & out in 30 secondsnnThe bed was comfortable on my side nice sleep turned the sink tap on to wash my hands no hot water their either nnBreakfast disappointed no toast with a full English & not much of it either……nnI mentioned the water to the guy on reception he just said we’ll get the plumber out ‍nNo apology whatsoever…..nnI shall never return my review I’d give it 2.out of 10
Just had a superb lunch at Broom Hall. We were met by Melissa lovely smile and very friendly.nFood was excellent . Looked and tasted wonderful beautifully presented and excellent value for money.nTo top it all we overlooked and later sat in lovely gardens very peaceful setting .
Good night for a party but breakfast was very poor quality.nScrambled eggs on toast was in fact scrambled egg on bread.nSome of the Toast was just warm breadnSeems to be unable to cope with a large group at breakfast time.
