Paul and Dawn are fantastic hosts. They know when to be chatting to you, and when to step back. The room was lovely with forest views and spotless. when I got to my room Dawn asked if i would like milk for my tea. Lovely to have real milk left in a flask rather than those plastic pot things. (Which i struggle to open without the milk going everywhere! !). Although not ensuite the room i had was next to the family bathroom and that was formy room only. I had a brilliant night sleep. Breakfast was cooked to perfection, take as long as you want, more tea, or toast, anything else? I will definitely stay there again, 100% sure. I left my earphones, Dawn sent me a message but unfortunately I had left the area so couldn't pop back, I asked if she could pop them in the post and I would pay. No problem to post and don't worry about the cost. Only a small thing, but these can make or break a holiday. Keep up your fantastic hotel so i can return in the future.

A very comfortable stay. Excellent room and facilities. First class breakfast and Dawn and Paul are the most welcoming hosts. We have stayed a few times recently and have been very impressed with the level of service and friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended.

The host's treated me and my second half like royalty, absolutely first class at a very affordable price. The lodge was super clean, couldn't find a single bit of dust no matter how hard we tried! Spent a very peaceful and quite night on a super comfortable bed and had a lovely breakfast in the morning all catered for by the owners. Thank you for making us feel like it was our home. Hope to see you again.

Fantastic little B&B. Nice quiet location, comfy bed, cracking breakfast and very friendly welcoming owners. Would highly recommend it and will definitely be staying again.
