This gym has been my home for years now. It is amazing to be back after all these months. The staff is extremely welcoming, they haven't lost their touch. The gym feels safe, its cleanliness is maintained constantly throughout the day. Happy to be back and training again.

A bit on the cramped side, but they do have a good array of machines and weights. A drawback is getting through building security if you are using the gym as a guest. Pleasant staff.

Small gym, limited free weights section but good classes and clean

Very impressed with the trainer known as Sunday who is polite, affable and very knowledgeable

Amazing gym, staff is hilarious, Makes me feel like at home, Especially reception, Recommend anyone :

Overcrowded, too many PTs just chatting to each other and getting in the way. Attracts too many selfish people.
