Situated just a five-minute walk from Green Park tube station, this gym gives members access to a cardio theatre, spin studio, sauna, gym floor and a private lounge. Members are also given clean towels on arrival.If you’re interested in group exercise classes, Fitness First Mayfair has a vast weekly timetable of classes, which includes spin, circuit, boxing, core and HIIT sessions, to highlight just a few. Outstanding Customer Engagement and great Gym Facilities. I have had the pleasure of being a member at Fitness First Gym for years and I must say, the experience has been incredible, largely thanks to the outstanding staff and facilities. Cristina, in particular, has stood out as one of the most engaging and welcoming individuals. From the moment I walk through the doors, Cristina's warm smile and friendly demeanor and the rest of the staff make me feel right at home. I love that there is a Boxing bag, sauna in addition to all the equipment. Well done. keep up the great work!!!
This gym is top-notch! The staff, including Cristina, Mo, and Akin, are simply fantastic. They're not only attentive during your workouts but also readily offer advice, support, and friendly chats. Couldn't ask for a better team to help you improve and stay motivated. Keep rocking, guys!
I love this gym! It is slightly smaller than other branches but with everything you need for a full workout. The club is sparkling clean and staff is very friendly all the time! The morning classes with Cristina are amazing, she’s a great trainer and always helpful!
Cristina is a super star!! I really loved the weights class and totally agree with other comments - the gym is small but perfectly formed. The team really are excellent!!
I recently joined Fitness First and it's been a really good experience so far. The gym is well-equipped and the staff is really friendly. Special shutout to Cristina, done some XLift sessions with her, challenging yet rewarding. Highly recommend.
Excellent team ! Usually do spin with Eniko she is AMAZING!! She keeps you engaged from beginning to end. Christiana who is wonderful for hitt sessions! . I have started SPARR with Akin and it’s been phenomenal! From beginning to end front desk to the SPIN, HITT to SPARR to the stretches it’s excellent! What I like about the instructors is the variations ! And they care about you! Lovely team!
A great neighbourhood gym with a friendly vibe and great people. Everyday they provide fun and inspiring classes, challenging you to reach your best potential, and the facilities are always clean. If you ever need advice on your training or have some questions, there is someone there to help. I would recommend this gym to anyone and I’m really happy to have found this gem in central London!
I have the pleasure of spending a good few months of the year at this gym while travelling for work and can easily say it's a great gym. Staff members are amazing, the gym is ALWAYS clean. The gym is smaller than most but it has everything you need and as they say great things come in smallish packages, thank you guys for making my stay in London managible
I have joined the gym almost 2 years ago. Best decision ever. I have visited different venues but the Berkeley square branch just hits differently. The staff is amazing, professional, welcoming, always ready to help and to make you feel home. The knowledge and passion they have for fitness and for the members is unmatched. Eniko, Irma, Akim, Alfie, Kyle, Ayo, Effie you are the best an athlete can ask for.
Great gym, I go Monday-Friday and the staff really make you feel welcome - hugely important when going somewhere daily. Shoutout to all the front of house staff, each one of you make such a good effort with everyone who walks through that door and also to the great trainers we’ve got access to!
