I'd really recommend Mark as a personal trainer! I had an injury for a while and as a result was low in confidence when it came to exercising. Mark is really patient and great at challenging me and pushing me out of my comfort zone. Just the right amount though, never too much! My confidence and physicality has improved loads!
Marine Phys provided me with a great workout, that was tailored to my ability, but also looked at my posture, and weak areas to show me how to improve them and stop having neck pain! Within a few weeks i was feel much better and more energized from the workouts, thanks.
A truly enthusiastic service. Mark has a wealth of knowledge which shines through during the sessions. You can see that the Royal Marines has given him a real drive and passion to put together an intense but satisfying "phys" session. I was ready to return to my love pad after.

I've been training wth Mark for 2 years. He caters sessions to what I like to keep them interesting and to keep me motivated. Mark also has started to train my 9yr old son and is great with him. I highly recommend Mark as a PT.
