Always one of those good "go to" places if the children would like a meal out!  Children under 16 eat their breakfast for free....which is "all you can eat".  Standard pub type meals in the evening which are pleasant.  Great value and the themed nights they do are "help yourself" and are always nice!  Waiting staff are always lovely and bring the children balloons etc.  Our little boy went on his birthday and the waitress bought him his own special dessert with a candle in it, which any four year old would be happy with!  Always better to ring up and book because we have heard many stories of people being turned away because they are fully booked.

Lovely food but had run out of Yorkshire puds on roast carvery night. Didn't spoil it too much for me, however my partner was more upset. 
They had also ran out of a few food options on the menu. 
When waiting for our carvery the chief did disappear for about 5 minutes leaving a few people left waiting to be served for no obvious reason

Great lunch venue. Stopped on the way back from a meeting. Had a very tasty lunch at a staggeringly low price! The 2 for 1 offer made lunch cheaper than a round of coffees in a hotel foyer earlier!

Choice was usual chain pub fare, but well executed in a clean and friendly environment.

Food absolutely fantastic served hot no having to wait for ages to be served.Prices excellent.Clean all round staff were polite and knowledgeable .Will definitely go again
