We’ve been four times to Bicester Pizza Express now. I wouldn’t normally go to a chain restaurant, but we discovered this one in November 23 when I came with some girlfriends from work for a birthday celebration and now love coming back as a family. The food is always great, fresh, hot and really tasty. It’s good value for money especially with your rewards on the App and the staff are wonderful and so helpful. We always have such a good experience here. Thank you! Vegetarian options: You can chop and change to make things vegetarian/vegan which is great.
We booked a birthday party for 12 rambunctious 9 year olds on a Saturday morning. It was fabulous, the kids absolutely loved it - a massive shout out to Dom and Jack for their, kindness, patience and professionalism, the children had such a great time and the feedback from their parents has been amazing. I would highly recommend a kids birthday party at Pizza Express, first they played games and coloured pictures, the highlight was that they made their own pizza, while the pizzas were in the oven they had dough balls, followed by their pizzas then ice cream - everything was included in the price. Kid-friendliness: Jack and Dom were just brilliant with the kids. The pizza making was geared for their age group and the pizzas catered for their palate.
We had an absolutely lovely meal on Saturday 16th December, the staff were so welcoming and friendly, food was fantastic and the waitress and chef even accommodated us when we asked for two dishes that used to be on the menu! Thank you all for a lovely meal Food: 5/5
Literally just eaten here with my wife and son and must say it was exceptional. I had low ish expectations as the last visits to food places anywhere has been poor however this was exceptional. We were greeted by a man in a black shirt whose demeanour was friendly but professional and instantly made us feel at ease. We were then waited on by a young guy who was exceptional not just with service but the extra care to interact with my boy and make sure he was happy was above and beyond. The pizzas were all exceptional and above expectation. Never been before but will return regularly now
We have just had my daughter’s birthday party here. Dominic was fantastic- nothing was too much trouble and he was fantastic with the children, kept them engaged and they all had a great time. I cannot recommend highly enough.Food: 5/5
When we had children, we used to go a lot to Pizza Express but less so recently - so it was good to go again after we had been to the cinema. It was as good as ever. Good service, reliable and tasty pizzas and a warm, friendly atmosphere.Food: 5/5
me and my cousin got here after shopping, we weren’t greeted at the door, instead the waitress stood around talking to her colleagues, so we sat ourselves, then got in trouble for sitting ourselves, then it took about 10 minutes for the chubby lady to even acknowledge we were ready, it then took over half an hour for our pasta to come out and during that half an hour the waitress didn’t once come see if we were ok or come and check on us instead she walked around joking with the other guests, i think it was blatant racism as we are both darker skinned. i am appalled at the service i received on 5th of march at 7pm
Lovely food and service, food came quickly and staff were nice. Great place to eat at after a long day of shopping at Bicester village :Food: 5/5
Our vegan pizzas were amazing as was our waitress Olivia! Only gripe was that the lady who seated us, took quite a while to acknowledge us. She wasn't friendly, however, that was just a small part of our experience and we'll definitely be back! Dietary restrictions: Lots of delicious vegan options
