We love sushi and were very happy with our visit. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented and really delicious. The sushi was excellent and the whole experience was very enjoyable. We would definitely come back and happily recommend this place to other sushi lovers.

We visited Itsu at Bicester Village Shopping Center for the first time today and enjoyed a meal. It had been over a year since our last visit to an Itsu, so it was nice to enjoy their flavors again. The staff was courteous. The tables need more regular cleaning. We sat at a table near the entrance that hadn't been cleaned yet, so we cleaned it ourselves. Shortly after, a staff member came around and cleaned the nearby tables. It's reassuring to see they follow proper sanitation practices that meet food safety standards. The menu offers a good variety of Japanese-inspired dishes and drinks. Be sure to read labels carefully, as some beverages that resemble citrus drinks may have a fermented, beer-like aroma and a taste similar to Kombucha. Unfortunately, the other fruit-flavored water we bought didn't have much of any fruit taste at all and just tasted like plain sparkling water. I'm glad I got a tasty iced matcha drink. We enjoyed our simple yet flavorful meal despite not receiving any fortune cookies in a full box that were at the cashier counter , and we hope it won't be long until our next visit to an Itsu. Itsu is a great option for unwinding after exploring Bicester—whether you’re just looking to grab a drink, grab a bite, or have lunch.nnWith a wide variety of dishes like teriyaki curry and Thai noodles, Itsu is very welcoming to Asian tourists like me.nnFast service and affordable prices keep Itsu bustling with customers. Fortunately, they provide plenty of space and proper tables.nnIn my opinion, it’s one of the safest dining options in all of Bicester Village. Highly recommended!

Food was generally good overall, but the “Korean Spicy Noodles” were very disappointing. They were neither Korean nor spicy. As a Korean, I can say this dish doesn’t represent Korean flavors or Korean noodles at all.nnI’d strongly recommend changing the menu name because it creates the wrong expectation. Also, the dish was overloaded with coriander cilantro, which is not a commonly used ingredient in most Korean dishes. Calling this “Korean Spicy Noodles” felt very misleading.nPlease give me my Korean spicy noodles back!

Amazing food, lovely ambience, and an overall great experience at Itsu, Bicester Village. Everything was fresh and tasty, making it a really enjoyable visit. Definitely a nice place to grab a meal!
