An all round excellent service. The purchase of my car was facilitated by the experienced and helpful proprietor. He is friendly, efficient and doesn’t over-price his cars. Would definitely use Braiburn motors again!

Just bought my car from this lovey family run car dealers. I have received a wonderful service on the day and even after my purchase. Such a kind and caring, funny couple! Even after i bought the car and wanted to change my mind for a different car (need bigger boot space) Ian the owner was totally understanding and very supportive. I honestly have never received such lovely, kind service from anywhere before. Would highly recommend. 👍 Ps Thank you Ian & Debbie for everything you have done for me and my children so far. Forever greatful.

100% recommend! Brought a car from Ian 3 years ago and have just traded in and brought another! Amazing service, super selection of cars and professional from start to finish!

Hellish experience! Avoid this place at all costs. Ian may appear friendly and helpful, etc, when he is trying to sell you something, but when he has got your money off you, that is when you see his true colours! When I had problems after buying a car from him, and called round to the showroom, he refused to come out and speak to me, and when I texted him to tell him I knew he was there, he sent me a string of insulting texts by return! The latest one told me not to go back to his premises or he will call the police, as my manner is so "threatening" (uh, what?!) and that he will not honour the 3-month warranty which comes with the car. Which he is legally obliged to do. I notice he responded to Lee Murphy's negative review below, but I expect the comments he made in response are lies, as he has lied about me as well, saying he won't serve me because I am "aggressive " and "threatening " (I am most certainly not!) I was just making an inconvenient request of him. His wife is also extremely rude and offensive : even called me a "silly cow" when she was with me in a car on a test-drive! I wish I had taken that as a warning, as I should have done. He'll probably respond to this one now with lies about me, but I have the texts he sent me as proof of his abusive nature, and I am quite prepared to go to the police with them to report him for harassment, if need be.
