My last visit was absolutely fantastic. Much better than before, this time around I was seen by Charles and he is fantastic. Good customer service, excellent communication skills, great sense of humour. I was confident my beautiful " antique " car was in good hands. Thanks Charles for what u do. Hope to see u again on my next annual visit. * the hot chocolate is a bonus .
We really liked the service we received at Ancaster. We were looking for a used car and took a couple out on a pretty substantial test drive route, which gave us a good feel for the cars. We were not given a hard sell on either car, which is something we really appreciated. Would certainly consider buying from Ancaster in the future.
My experience with Callum Waite at Nissan Penge was very outstanding. He has good customer service skills. He is polite and kind, so helpful throughout my purchase. Overall everyone was kindhearted and patient. The hospitality was amazing. Due to their stupendous maintenance I would go there if I’m looking for a car. If you are looking for a car, I guarantee you , they will find a car right for you. In conclusion I was fascinated by their work and if you go you will too. Thanks
The reception staff were great. Polite, helpful and listened. However the service department itself had given me the wrong diagnosis that could have made me decided to sale my car or a £5000 bill. Luckily for me a had a second opinion, who fixed the problem for under £200. I will not recommend or use you again.
Took my car in for my annual service, though they forgot to stamp my service book, I am happy with what was done. Car was nicely washed and valeted. However, I have given only two stars as the customer service I received at the front desk was appalling! The courtesy car I was offered when I dropped off my car, was not what I was told I would be getting. I explained to that I had that car the previous year and it was quite cramped and not a great drive. The guy at Customer Service told me if I didn't want what was offered, I can take public transport amongst other things! There are much better ways of putting a point across to a customer. I was informed that the person in question was only 19 years old, that is no excuse for bad behaviour. Front facing staff represent any business as a whole and impacts on the overall customer experience. I will go to Nissan Bromley next time.
Charles jeyaratnam was very patient polite and kind from the time I enter the centre until I left. He explained everything to me. I am very thankful it was a positive experience. Jim another staff was also kind and helpful. Overall the team in Penge are kind and approachable
Thank you Charles for a great service. I brought my car into the Nissan Penge branch for a service. Charles explained what was going to happen in great detail. He was friendly and very professional.
Do not buy a car from Nissan unless you want a structurally unsafe car. We brought a car from them around 5 months ago, everything was fine, then we got a tow bar fitted and found that our crash bar and bracket was damaged, damage to the bumper which had been hidden and covered up with a quick repair and some damage just painted over. We was told it would not have protected us in an accident, it was not safe and should not have been sold in this condition as it was unsafe. We took this up with Nissan Penge and they said because we have now made it safe its not there problem, that they do not check under the bumpers in there safety check. Which is disgusting, we have children, are disabled and they sold us an unsafe car. We took it to head office and they basically brushed it off. It is not the first problem we have had, we brought a car from this garage several years ago, which kept cutting out, everytime we took it there they said there wasn't a problem. This is a ridiculous garage who does not care about the safety of it customers, just cares about its sales. It took 3 weeks of chasing just to get someone to answer us. Not worth the safety of yourself or your children
All the staff in Ancaster, whether technical, administrative, etc., are always gentle and professional. You get there with a problem and leave with a smile of tranquillity because they always know how to solve and help their customers. We are more than grateful to them.
