I’m writing this review after a few weeks of having had the Nissan car servicing at Ancaster Group in Penge. It was absolutely a fantastic experience. A huge thank you to Charles for being so accommodating, after hearing I had to drive far to this Centre he made the magic and organise my car being serviced the earliest the possible so I could hang around and wait for it to be completed it took about 2.5 hrs in the end. Throughout the time he was so kind and kept me updated regularly, which was really reassuring.nnI’d also like to mention the waiting area was comfortable, with tea, coffee, and biscuits available, plus plenty of desks and power sockets if you need to work while waiting. If you'd rather step out like what I did, Penge town is just a few minutes away, with charming small shops and cafes that are lovely to visit.nnAll in all I highly recommend this place, especially having had some bad experiences in with another Nissan servicing company in East London both time we went damage was caused to my car The professionalism and customer service here are unmatched, I’ll for sure be a regular customer as long as I use Nisan car!
I bought the car from here and thought the service was good despite the amount of upselling the car has been good and reliable but very close to the end of the warranty I have an issue which is something that appears to have come loose in the door panel.nnThey could not fit me in until December and told me the warranty will not cover it as it will have expired, I called and emailed and was then told it can be booked in but I wanted a call from the service team to discuss as it seems like an easy diagnostic and fix. After waiting most of the day I did get a call and was told rattles and squeaks are not covered and it is probably a bolt come loose and so this is not a warranty issue and is wear and tear.nnI am concerned that they feel that bolts falling off or coming are normal wear and tear. Having called Nissan Warranty I am covered for sudden mechanical or electrical failure and have to find another garage that can offer a diagnostic prior to the warranty running out.nnNissan would charge £160 for a diagnostic too if it was found not to be a warranty item. Seems like dodgy dealing to me!nnUpdate: So I called the customer service number as they requested in their reply and spoke to someone who said they would look to update me on my complaint by the end of the day, there was no call back. I then called the following day and was told I will get a call back, I received a call back from the service manager who confirmed bolts can just come loose and fall off. I understand if they are in a part where they can be accessed, but why is he saying their cars can basically just fall apart? Anyway he confirmed they would not deal with it under warranty etc etc and so the issue remains and seemingly Nissan acknowledge that bolts on their cars can just fall off
The customer service throughout was best of the best. Jess and Adam made the buying process nice and easy. I did have a minor issue after with the car after handover but it was resolved as a matter of urgency. Would highly recommend
I feel like I’ve found a secret service here! This was a flawless service, a previous garage had said work needed done and after a thorough check of my Juke, there was nothing wrong with it, just the upselling of another garage. Thanks to Charles who was super helpful in explaining everything, and the whole team at this Nissan… I won’t go anywhere else now and in fact will probably be back to get a new car I was so reassured by their approach. Well done Nissan in having such a well trained, professional team at Ancaster, Nissan Penge!
I don't normally do reviews but I must do one today following my car's annual service at Nissan Penge. The service I have received via Charles was absolutely second to none. I was impressed by his professionalism knowledge, helpfulness and friendly approach. He is such an asset and credit to the service team and I look forward to seeing him again in the near future. Thank you so much Charles and well done!
