Mark was GREAT...a pleasure to do business with, NOT a high pressure sales environment! VERY NICE! Quite easy to discuss what we wanted to find in a vehicle and showed us various options, offered to rotate stock of vehicles he stored of site...he would bring other cars to this lot if we saw something on the website we'd like more. We'd looked at several other lots in the area and the high pressure sales people circling as you look through the inventory was horrible, NOT MARK ...he was very low key, but helpful, ready with answers to any questions. We even had unusual circumstance that he was willing to accommodate, we needed to wait for two weeks to take possession, due to insurance etc...he took our deposit and then took it off the lot and stored it for us until we could collect it! We've had NO problems with OUR 'New to us' car and we even exchange waves/hellos as we pass his business. If you are looking for a dependable used car, and a no games, no pressure vendor...we Highly recommend Mark Phillips Car Sales!
