The worst experience I have ever had with a main dealership! I went into the Beckenham branch looking for an approved used Q7. No one was available to assist so a young lad, who I believe was there to ensure the cars were clean, unlocked one that they had on the forecourt. My wife and I sat in the car after looking around it. We were there for 25 mins or so before deciding to move on. The receptionist asked me to fill out a contact form which had questions about requirements etc. I was a cash buyer and was ready to buy. This I stated on the form. A week later and after ME chasing THEM no one had bothered to call me! I even left a message for the GM to call me stating that I had a complaint and nothing. These guys are on my doorstep and I would have been happy to support my local business. In the end, I decided that if Sales / Pre Sales was so poor, the experience I would end up getting from after sales would probably tip me over the edge! I ended up giving Vines of Guildford BMW £55k for a beautiful X5 and the service that I got was truly exceptional! Sometime after buying my BMW, I decided to go into the Audi dealership as I still couldn't believe that they were willing to turn their nose up at a ready to go cash buyer and I felt they really needed to get some honest feedback. A junior sales girl then tried to sell me a Q7...talk about missing the point and too little too late! This unbelievable experience has put me off ever using this dealership...! I only gave 1 star as there was not an option for half a star which is exactly what they deserve for the sales girl's attempt to sell me a car when I had told her that I "just" bought the X5!

When I visited this garage with a broken fuel flap and no fuel, the manager said "Sorry, the garage is closed today, only sales work. You can visit some private garage in London to repair your urgent problem".
