I took my car to this mechanic if I could call them like that, I took the car for a charging system test, battery gets drained after two or three days and to repair the dashboard, neither were fixed. The answer was the battery was ok, which I replied that I knew that because I fitted a new one a week before and I kept it disconnected to avoid a flat battery. The dashboard was let’s say put together better than it was but as you can see on the pictures one side panel was left loose, is appalling to see such a disregard and unprofessional way of conduct themselves and also I told them about a relay that was getting hot, they left the relay untouched so all in all a very bad experience and I am giving one star just because it seems they washed the car. All in all a £180 it does not seem too expensive but to consider nothing was done or halfway done is appalling. Avoid this place at all cost.Service: Electrical repair
I recently bought a car from Belgravia Garage and from start to finish the whole process was extremely professional, simple and efficient. There was no sales pressure at all and Mark was very helpful, responded to queries promptly and was a pleasure to do business with. I'd definitely come back to use this garage again!

I took my car to be washed. I noticed that there were white streaks on the window panel afterwards. I brought this to the attention of the manager who said they’d fix it. However, they made me pay for another wash and I left with the window panels even worse. I don’t know if they put wax on my matt window panels but they have completely ruined them. Avoid. UPDATE: Alex, the manager, was very helpful and went above and beyond to resolve the matter. I have changed my rating and thank the team for their help.
I have used Belgravia Garage many times. I have had many dealings with Anita who works in the main office. I have found her to be incredibly helpful, any issues have been dealt with in a friendly professional manner. Nothing is too much trouble for Anita. Always happy to help in anyway she can, full of great advice. She really does make the whole experience easy and really works hard to put you at ease when anything goes wrong with your car. I can’t say enough good things about her. The service I have received from her and the rest of the staff was first rate and I would highly recommend Belgravia Garage for all your motoring needs.Services: Auto detailing
I had a professional and good quality service from them. My car was covered in hot ashes and they machine polished the whole car back to brand new condition. Would recommend to all.
I had my car serviced here. The service was thorough: all findings were explained to me clearly and I was given complete freedom to choose which aspects of my car to repair. This makes a welcome change from other garages where they will tell you that everything is a disaster and must be repaired immediately. I really appreciated their professionalism and transparency. The only reason for 4* instead of 5* is their pricing but I accept I am paying a premium for the location of the garage it's in the middle of Mayfair!.
A hidden gem in the middle of Belgravia! Old timey flair with excellent customer service and very competent mechanics. They have dealt with both my modern and my classic car, and always impress. Given the prime location and high calibre of cars they deal with, the pricing is also very reasonable.
This is a wonderful, well organised, garage and over the years I’ve had good work done here. Outside the Congestion Zone but well inside the courteous, professional, and prompt zone! Your car is in good hands here. Thanks guys!
