I had 2 new tyres fitted and asked for a couple of extra niggles with my car to be adressed. The service from Karen and Charlie was exceptional. Highly recommended.

Customer service is poor, you can't but help feel the garage is only out for your money. When I told them what was wrong with my car and asked them how much it would roughly cost they said they couldn't say. I was later surprised to be hit with a diagnosis cost of £50 and the cost of the remedy I told them I needed. I would have expected at least they should have mentioned the diagnosis cost upfront. I regret not taking my car to the manufacturer for a repair.

They want to just cash in on you as much as possible. they don't care about your car. In fact you will be back with your car there as they want you to come back and leave another 599 pounds. their garage is useless.

Always found this garage to be honest and fair. All work is priced, and they don't do anything without your authorisation - so no surprises when you turn up to pay the bill!!

Great service, when I had my car's mot test at Hawstead Garage and Rushmores, I just turned up at 1.55pm for my 2pm mot slot, which I booked quick and easy on their website two weeks before, when I had just received my mot text reminder from them. I pulled up at the Garage main entrance and handed my keys in at reception where I waited at the waiting area until my mot was finished 25-30min later. And after having a front headlight bulb changed I was given my new mot certificate with documents and I was on my way again 45mins from arriving there. I like to thank Hawstead Garage and Rushmores for a great service.
