This has to be the worst medical practice. Just phoned to try to get a prescription so as not to waste the Doctors appointments to be told I'd need to see a Doctor. Asked for an appointment to be told to call the practice at 9am to try to get an appointment as no appointments available for today. I asked to book an appointment for later in the week or next week. I'm told there are no appointments scheduled for the next 2 weeks as there isn't a clinic prepared. I ask to speak to the practice manager which at this point the receptionist decides to give me attitude. You could literally hear the contempt in her voice as I explain this situation of no appointments has been going on for months. I ask to speak to the Practice Manager. She's not available as she's in another practice. I ask for the Practice Managers name. Fair enough the receptionist did give me the name. The receptionist clearly has to deal with these phone calls on a daily basis. This practice really needs to get its act together or in my opinion needs to be closed down. I'm at the end of my patience with dealing with the constant issues with this place.

I was a patient of this surgery for years, I had an on going issue that the doctor kept ignoring, having visited the doctor every few weeks I eventually switch to Intra Health in Bilston, got referred to the hospital and fixed.

Worst place to go. Registration not possible, no help what so ever. Don't waste your time going there. NHS please close it down that is pure waste of taxpayers money.

I never go to the doctors, and my recent experience has let me to know why. I have tried to get an appointment with a doctor at this surgery since 7th October, but unfortunately it appears if you are not regular abuser of the system you are put to the back of the queue. I finally got to see a doctor on 17/11/2016. I explained I have had a cough for a number of months, to which I was told it's nothing to worry about it is just a nasal cough. I then asked about getting some counselling to which I was given a number to phone and then when I asked to book an appointment for a prostrate exam has its being advertised all over the media to get it checked out, I was told for crying out loud you only have a ten minute slot. Which is fair enough but when I left the doctors room it was 1024. I did not enter until 1020, so I was still 6 minutes within time. I do not know how the doctors systems work these days but it does appear that if you are like me and only use a doctor when really needed you are treated has a nuisance, surely if someone who never hardly goes to a doctor wants an appointment then surely that would indicate there must be something wrong. I could understand if the waiting room was full but it was empty. Even when I went to reception to book a prostrate I was informed that there are no male doctors at the surgery and to phone back in two weeks time to see if there is a slot available to see a male doctor. I would be interested to know how many appointment s have been made for individuals who are frequent visitors to this practice from October 7th, and is it just myself an infrequent user or abuser of the system who gets treated with this contempt.
