The online consultation service is fantastic. I uploaded image for GP to see as well as brief outline of issue. Doctor contacted me in opening hours and discussed my options. My prescription was automatically sent to the chemist. Also having Saturday opening service is brilliant. Especially if you work and find it difficult to get to surgery in week. Happy to be in great hands.
I recently contacted my GP practice for an appointment, only to be advised to submit a request through their website. After doing so, I received a response stating that I no longer needed to see a doctor. Instead, I was instructed to visit a pharmacy for assistance. While pharmacies play a valuable role in healthcare, I find it concerning that a service funded by taxpayers is unable to provide adequate care or support for its patients when needed most. As someone who has been mindful of healthcare resources, I have not visited my GP in several years, yet I was still turned away despite experiencing genuine health concerns. This lack of care and professionalism is deeply disappointing, and I will be seeking a new GP practice moving forward.
Husband has been contacted by surgery to have a blood test as he had sepsis pneumonia a heart attack and gall bladder exploded in October this is the 3rdtime it has been canceled. What do you need to do to get an appointment here
Great experience with staff and nurses. Entire family’s transfer was completed within a few days. Great experience with dr. Samara as well, very helpful. Overall great experience.
Usually have no issues with this doctors been going here since I was 3 years old!nPhone to book an appointment for my LOs which I got but then having to deal with a sensory child I realised I may need a later time if not to cancel and call again tomorrow. So I re called spoke to Dawn and I asked if it could be changed and she said no due to doctor being busy which is understandable so within that call she asked will I be able to make it and I said no I cannot bt y phone then died recalled no answer even though I was first in Que. then she then messaged me about missing an appointment I already said I couldn’t attend to then phone me lecturing me about I’ve missed the appointment for my children that I already previously cancelled because I stated I could make it in time! I’ve never ever had issues with this doctors and this really frustrated me.
