Love Bracken Crag. Stayed here with friends for a weekend and had a smashing time. So close to breathtaking views and pubs and restaurants. The busy town is just a few minutes walk away and is stunning. The apartment itself is like a ready made spacious home from home and has absolutely everything you could need. The wifi and Alexa touches are fabulous. The host is very responsive and informative. Cannot recommend enough.
I stayed at Bracken Crag recently and have to say it is a lovely little place for familes and friends to stay. Everything you would need is in the house and it is very clean and cosy. The location is absolutely ideal and is right next to all the local amenities and very close to lake windermere too. I managed to park right outside the front door too. I also met the owner Amanda who was absolutely lovely. Highly recommended... i for one will be going back there.
Perfect home away from home quiet but central location. Easy to park on the road outside. Comfy bed. Really clean. 100% recommend!!

Comfortable, spacious and superb location. Alexa and a chrome cast! Craft ale, poncy gins and excellent pubs and restaurants nearby. Boat trip on the lake is a must. Lovely place, great owners. My new home from home!Rooms: 5/5
Beautiful apartment, very central to Bowness-on-Windermere with plenty to do locally! The apartment is very spacious and has thoughtful amenities! Very clean and maintained perfectly! It was my second visit and will definitely be back!
Absolutely amazing stay at Bracken Crag! So easy to wander down to town where there’s so many lovely places to eat. Or the kitchen at Bracken is so well equipped, I called in at nearby Booths to stock up on supplies but ate out most of the time so took most of it home! Can’t wait to return
Love this place. The apartment is beautiful and is in a great location. Super clean, spacious with everything you could need. There is so much to do can't recommend enough.
This is a lovely place to stay, very clean and comfortable. Close to the lake and local amenities. Stayed a few times and always had a great time. Great for families and groups and also pet friendly.
