Bournes are simply the best! Over the last 2 years my parents and I have availed of their services many times in moving and storing our furniture and belongings..They came to my rescue when I needed their help quickly and the help from the office has been incredibly efficient and informative. The removals crew always good natured, helpful and understanding and very careful of our belongings . But the stand out quality of all of the personnel at Bournes is how they made an incredibly stressful time, as moving is, stress free, always polite, always professional, informative and a real feeling of wanting to give of their best….they are the best! Particular thanks to Emily, Kirsty and Nicole in the office and Matt and Matt with the removals. Everyone Thank you so much indeed!
Bournes revolutionised my moving experience. I don’t think we could have done it without them. Great communication, extremely polite and professional removals team, and for a surprisingly fair price considering the staff, equipment and transport involved.
Wendy was our move Co ordinator at base. Kept us informed all day of any issues. Crew were due to arrive around 8am ish dependent on traffic etc. Arrived 0807! Packed up and ready to go in less than 3 hours. All 3 lads were fab. Delay with key release meant a lot of of hanging around and a very late unpack and finish for these 3. They were cheerful throughout and no grumbles or gripes even unpacking in the dark! We don't plan on moving again ever but if we did we wouldn't hesitate in using Bournes again. Highly recommended
A wonderful stressless move from Bournes A wonderful stressless move from Bournes. Turned up prompt at 8 and worked professionally and quickly and cleared my whole house by midday. Only had to wait a short time for the keys and everything was in my new house by 15.30. There were a lot items to be moved and not a single break of mark on anything. Huge thanks to Tony, Gloves, Dave, Dan, Jamie and Lewis. Excellent team thank you.

Bournes came in person to do an assessment of the property which was reassuring. The team in the office were helpful. The team who came to load were amazing! Nothing was too much trouble, we had no breakages and anything which was taken apart was put back together.
