Jack and his colleague did such a brilliant job under rather difficult circumstances; a much harder, longer job than I thought it would be, and they really came up trumps and stuck with it all the way till the end and made sure I was happy and satisfied. Also, they should be called Gentle Removals; I was so impressed with their gentle style and efficient calmness, and their authenticity, really genuine guys, respectful and really wanting to help. :O)
