A friend recommended Chris at Economy Moves to me after my original movers let me down last minute. I called Chris and he was able to move things round to accommodate me. Him and his colleague were amazing, they couldn't help me enough. I am a mother of 3 and the guys put all of my beds together as it was late in the day as I would of struggled on my own and they didnt even charge me any extra. Thanks guys. You are my first point of call next time I move!!!

This was my third move in a year. I was very stressed and tired. Chris was very helpful and reassuring. On the day Chris and Lewis I think that was his name , were very quick,, strong and efficient. They seemed to take it on as a work out. There was no complaints, they took great care of my possessions and were alot qicker then I imagined therefore they were also the cheapest of all my moves. Highly recommended them, thank you guys

Under no circumstance would I use again. Items damaged and others left behind. Notice of court action issued. I held off writing this review hoping to resolve the issue amicably but have been unable to do so.  Chris gave a very cheap quote but hugely under-resourced the job and finished many hours after the planned finish time. More upsettingly,  many items were damaged, some irreparably and others were left behind because he ran out of space. He claims this was all down to access issues despite my sending him descriptions, photos and google earth links in advance.  When I tried to raise my concerns in a friendly manner my emails and photographs of the damage were ignored for months. He later claimed that all my emails were caught by his spam filter even though he had previously replied to emails from the same address. Eventually I was forced to issue notice of legal proceedings at which point, despite my attempts to be measured, polite and factual, he became extremely personal. He even intimated that I was dishonest and attempting to extort him before suggesting that I had damaged my own property. Even my offer to split the cost of the damage so as not to impact him too severely was used to accuse me of being inconsistent and unreasonable.  Alarm bells should have rung when, after repeated requests for a contract and details of insurance, they were not forthcoming. Unfortunately he delayed long enough that it was too late to book an alternative mover. This is the first time I have ever left a negative review on google but with court action pending, I do not want others to have the same experience. The quote may be cheap but the damage we experienced more than covered the difference in price between Economy Moves and a more reputable mover. I am now left out of pocket and with court fees to pay if I want any prospect of recompense

This is the second time I hire Economy Move, and the same expirence, easy and friendly, good price and good service, Chris and his coworkers did amazing job with our stuff. Definitely I recommend them for your movings!! Thanks Chris
