I am rarely surprised (in a positive way) by customer service experiences these days, but this move with Bournes was absolutely tops from beginning to end. The Dutch representative who first came to help us in the Netherlands, to the fantastic duo who just delivered all of our boxes in tip top shape - it's been stellar from beginning to end. This was a superb experience and everyone along the way was super professional, forthcoming and above and beyond helpful. I have seen some of my expat friends coming and going and not a single one of them had a flawless experience, like we had. We are lucky and grateful.

Fast, friendly, efficient: Bournes made our move painless indeed.  The removal guys could not have been more helpful and they were so quick in packing us up, we could barely keep up with them.  No damage to anything.  I feel that the removal team went above and beyond their duties in the care they took to make sure we were happy with where everything went in our new house.

We've just relocated from London to Melbourne and the process was seamless from start to finish. The Bournes guys in London were prompt, professional, friendly and thorough and our entire shipment was delivered without issue and the only damage being one tiny chip on a plastic mixing bowl. Amazing! I've had numerous friends relocate over the past few years and heard nothing but horror stories from entire boxes going missing to huge amounts of breakages that turned into insurance nightmares. We couldn't have been happier and would absolutely recommend Bournes to others.

I can highly recommend Bournes. I've used them on four occasions before and always found them to be courteous, organised, thorough and efficient. The team of removers work hard to make what can be an intrusive process a good experience, they work well together and communicate with each other and with me to make sure everything gets packed up in the right boxes and goes to the right place.
