We were very pleased with the service from Morfeys; every member of staff we dealt with was courteous, helpful, efficient and very hard-working. Additionally we felt that the price quoted and paid for our move was both fair and competitive for the high level of service given. All of our possessions arrived at our new home when we were told they would and in perfect condition, no losses or breakages. Thank you and well done to Phil, Simon, Matt, Martin, Colin and all at Morfeys.
This was our first experience of using a removals firm and we were absolutely delighted with the service provided. We had several quotes and in comparison Morfeys were very reasonable. They worked hard all day and were constantly polite. I would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future..
Excellent service and helpful friendly staff. The move went really smoothly and quickly thanks to the team who didn't even grumble when they had to come back to pick up some forgotten items. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
The worst removal company ever. Broke every single bed slat on a very expensive bed. Didn’t bother telling me and just placed the mattress on top anyway!!!!! Also somehow damaging all wires to the TV bed, resulting in having to get the whole bed re wired. When delivering everything to my new house, they didn’t care where things had to go, just dumping anything wherever they wanted!! Removal men also very rude. Emailed and phone called to explain, with no reply!!! Do not use this removal company!!!!!!!!
