Bournes came in person to do an assessment of the property which was reassuring. The team in the office were helpful. The team who came to load were amazing! Nothing was too much trouble, we had no breakages and anything which was taken apart was put back together.

Bourne Removals were great in helping us ship our possessions from the UK to New Zealand. Everything went smoothly and timeframes were as predicted, so we were able to plan around it. Contact was maintained throughout the process. Highly recommended.
I am rarely surprised in a positive way by customer service experiences these days, but this move with Bournes was absolutely tops from beginning to end. The Dutch representative who first came to help us in the Netherlands, to the fantastic duo who just delivered all of our boxes in tip top shape - it's been stellar from beginning to end. This was a superb experience and everyone along the way was super professional, forthcoming and above and beyond helpful. I have seen some of my expat friends coming and going and not a single one of them had a flawless experience, like we had. We are lucky and grateful.
BM went out of their way to accommodate us at short notice, at a time when everyone was busy and the whole move went smoothly. Minor hiccups along the way, but in the end we got moved on time and the team were respectful and communicated well. Thanks all for helping us out of a tricky situation!
My partner & I used Bournes to move our household contents from London to Kent in September 2012. The service was both excellent and fantastic value for money compared to some of the London removal firms I received quotes from. We were allocated a move manager who kept in touch and was happy to answer all our questions even the silly ones. The guys that came on moving day were simply amazing. They arrived within the appointed time window an incredible feat given London's traffic congestion and they were truly professional. At one point a neighbour of 10+ years standing appeared unannounced to say her final farewells. It was an unexpected emotionally charged moment and she ended up in tears causing me to shed a few. The guys were incredibly discrete and without being asked, paused with the packing, withdrew to their van and waited until she had left. Its the little touches like this that you remember after the event that make you think you know you picked the right team to move you. Finally, not a single item was damaged in transit! I wholeheartedly recommend Bournes and will quite happily say, "let Bournes remove the stress on moving day. Your in safe hands" :-
My family and I recently relocated from the UK to Singapore. The service we received from Bournes and their overseas partners was nothing short of brilliant. The guy who came to do the pre-move survey clearly had loads of experience, zipped through and accurately estimated our space requirements for all our belongings. He was professional and courteous and answered all our questions, allaying our fears and putting us at ease. On the day of the move, the two guys who came to do all the packing were great, listing everything and packing it with care. They didn't stop working. On the other side of the move, Bournes had partnered with a company called Asian Tigers who were equally fantastic. Throughout the whole move we were allocated a single point of contact, and the fact that more than one organization undertook the whole move, the quality and overall service and ongoing communication was completely seamless. I'd happily endorse this company and recommend using then to anybody. First Class!
