We used Bond Cars for a return trip to Birmingham Airport with a pick-up at 2-30 AM and although delayed on our return the taxi was waiting. Could not fault the service and Jake the driver was polite and very friendly. We would definitely recommend this company if you want a peace of mind and cost effective service. Had jake take us to Birmingham airport and return journey home . What a lovely polite gentleman! Booked again in January and asked for him again. Would highly recommend Bonds taxis used them now for past 5 years . very reliable, friendly and helpful , would not use anyone else . Sue and dale xx

Thank you to the driver who helped me mum and dad book a new flight to Tenerife this morning when their flight was cancelled. They weren't really sure what to do but he went out of his way to make sure they were sorted. Must have cost him quite a bit extra in parking too! Thank you so much!
