I called last week and after for a taxi at 8:30 am and was told they have none, I asked how long for to which the grump old man on the phone shouted at me so I said absolutley no need to speak to me like that! I called again today for the same man to asnswer to be told they have no taxis at 9am, again I said how long it the wait & he shouted at me and told me he would not be sending me one as last week I was abusive?? Well this time I was bloody abusive and will be using taxi man from now on!
Booked taxi to take me home. Came on time and very friendly driver. Would reccomend. Definitely be using them again in the future.
Ordered two taxis from the train station. They went to a different car park which wasn’t an issue as they soon arrived after a phone call. However what was an issue was one driver was texting while driving which I find astounding! My three and five year old grandchildren were in the cab. The other driver was openly islamophobic. Claiming the other driver wouldn’t have a dog in his car because they’re dirty. However in her opinion ‘Muslims are dirty.’ She repeated this three times. I’m disgusted!

Another great local taxi company. The driver was quick to get the destination and very professional. I didn't even have to speak to anyone just booked through the automated service as it had recognised I had called them before.
Used twice last week shown up on time and sound drivers
We rely on these on average 5 times a week. Friendly staff and drivers. Never ever had a problem with their service. Definitely recommend!

Use this service many times and everytime is perfect service. Always on time and the operator is always lovely
We called to ask for a taxi at sorry notice, the religions operator took our details to call back. The 'boss' called back within 15 mins. He was happy to price match another quote, collect and return is as requested at busy times. The taxi was early for collection, but politely waited outside until we were ready. Likewise for collection, we received a text letting us know he was ready. At all times the drivers were polite, chatty and drive sensibly. Based on our experience for the first time, we'd thoroughly recommend Nat-a-Jacks
