My son is collected by Alex of On Time Taxis three times per week for college. He arrives on time, is really friendly, and gets him there safely and on time. We couldn't ask for more. Thank you Alex and On Time Taxis

Driver turned up late and drove off. Never using them again

My son and his girlfriend ordered a taxi. From here last night. It never arrived. On calling them to ask where it was he was told the driver had waited outside for 15mins then left (rubbish) a driver finally arrived nearly an hr after it was first needed. Then proceeded to charge £30 from Heanor to Oakwood around 5miles away. Absolutely disgusting I. My friends and my family will never use this taxi firm again. Very poor service from beginning to end. Total rip off

"On time" taxi arrived 15 mins late asked for return money up front and then arrived 15 mins late for pick up charged above other taxis Wouldn't use them again
