Awful service. I had an airport pick up booked with arrow A2B. I will not be using them again. The customer service was not good. Pestered me for when I would be through customs (I'd just landed... how long is a piece of string) so he could save money on the parking charge (sorry but that's part of the deal with an airport pick up, not my problem to help you solve). Then after all that when I finally got through customs, he was late. Getting back to the car: didn't know where he was going, wrong lift, twice. The car: different to what the automated text message said it would be, and filthy outside, grubby inside including bits of litter. Driving: erratic, uncomfortable and unprofessional (driving fast towards the back of queues of slowing traffic, that kind of thing), took a personal call while driving. Definitely not the sort of service I expect and not what you want after a long flight.

Booked a taxi 50 minutes before I needed it via the automated service. It got to the time booked and didn't arrive. I left it 10 minutes then called your office only to be told, rather abruptly and with out any concern, there were no cars in the area and you didn't know when there would be. When I asked why I wasn't told the answer was ... We can't tell everyone who's booked a cab. Well, I'm sorry but you have an automated service that I used .. you can tell me my drivers reg no and name you can tell me it's on its way ... all by automated messages ... but you can't tell me when I book or when your aware, that you have no cars available. Don't you worry .. I'll explain to my boss why I'm 40 minutes late for work even though I tried to plan on a cab to leave early so I wouldn't be!! Won't be using you again!

The driver I had today Sardar was absolutely fantastic, got me to where I needed to be ontime, first time using the service and will be using it again. Car was comfy and warm on a cold day ! Highly recommend

Booked my taxi for 11:20 which was an hour in advance. Wasn't a long journey at all. Came to 25 past and still no taxi. Rang them up and after explaining the problem they put the phone down on me. Rang again 5 minutes later and was told the taxi would be here in a minute or so. Waited another 10 minutes, still nothing. So I cancelled the taxi and rang ideal cars instead and they had one sent to where I was within minutes. Would recommend ideal cars over a2b.

Booked a taxi, told it would be 15 minutes, waited 30 minutes and nothing arrived so I called the office who said it would be another 20 minutes but I had already paid online. Now going through the painful process of getting it refunded as nobody in the office knows what they are doing and I quote "I am just doing what I have been told mate". Awful company, glad the reviews reflect that.
