Booked a taxi more than an hour ago. I got confirmation message and I already paid the fare. The car was supposed to be here at 11.40am and I just called them where’s my taxi and I’ve been told I have no booking at all. I told them I even got a confirmation message also when I called them the automatic service said I have a booking. Then the lady said they have no free cars at all. This whole service is ridiculous and now I’m gonna be late from work and of course they won’t give me refund. I’m asking why did they confirm my booking and why they didn’t inform me that they have no cars?? Disgusting!!!!

Pre-Booked a taxi to take me from work to home, 15 minutes pass, no sign of taxi and no taxi booked out to the job on the app, ring the office, speak with a gent who tells me there are 2 cars about 5 minutes away and one will be booked. 30 minutes later and still no taxi, ring the office again to be told that there are no cars in the area and would have to wait around 25 minutes for one to become free. I used to use A2B around 3 times a week on average but no longer!

Used these today to take me from my place of work to the local garage to collect my car, which wasn't ideal to get to on foot due to there being no pavements. Would not use these again... it cost me £7 to go less than 2 minutes up the road. Disgusting.

Told taxi on way. Waited over half an hour then driver didn't know where he was going and more interested in his telephone conversation with someone who obviously has relationship problems. Only called them as a last resort and wish I had walked now
