Ordered a taxi via app to have them ring an hour later to tell me there was no car in the area, shame they were supposed to be a local firm, won’t use again deleted app, made it so I could not get another taxi so had to drive and didn’t have a drink

Had three taxis and mini bus booked on sat from eastwood to south normanton 2 taxis n mini bus turned up on return no taxis or mini bus should of piced up at 1145 rang they said our taxis had gone diffrent place but thay sent messages say wer taxis wer to n from taxis came by nearly 2pm terrible service very unreliable would not recomend we have contacted this company since n no one ever return our call

Top tip, if you have a get together you have to go to but don't really want to book a taxi with a2b and you'll never get there. Booked taxi know their app at 9.15 to be picked up at 9.55. 10.55 and still waiting. Called them three and they said they were sorting it. Eventually cancelled and called another company.

Really bad experience, 20 mins late taking us, booked for 11 coming home, restaurant closed at 11 so waited outside in the cold, rang them and they said 10 mins this was at 11.10, 5 mins later they rang us and told us would be at least 45 mins. Past midnight for an 11 booking!!! Safe to say we booked an different firm asap.
