Such an interesting place to have a lunch. The food was really good and tasty but the service was perfect, attentive, fast, and very pleasant. Besides, it is far from the crowded streets, so it is a peaceful place to have a chat and enjoy a good pint.
Ambiance was nice, and the staff was nice enough. Received a ginger beer when I had ordered a ginger ale, and that's forgivable. Went to drink it anyway and there was a fly in my drink and the glass was not clean at all. Staff amended this quickly with and was given another dirty glass so I decided to not drink it. Got the Sunday roast chicken and beef. Flavor was ok but was barely warm by the time I got it. Gravy was chunky not in a good way and after cooling down. Husband got the beef and the cut was all fat. He had maybe 2 bites and couldn't finish. My plate barely had any gravy and his was almost overflowing off his plate. Very strange ratios. Was not worth the money we paid for it. We left without finishing and we're quite disappointed. Wanted to ask for a refund as Iv worked in the industry a long time both front and back of house and iv never seen anything like this in my 10 years working in this industry.
The cocktails were fun & boozy good beer for those inclined......take videos of when they pour the drink into the mochapot filled with dry ice Food was way more impressive than expected i.e. truffled mushroom lasagna!! If I'd had time for a dessert cocktail, their signature espresso martini would've been perfect
Absolutely gorgeous place, especially during the festive period. Beautiful aesthetic, delicious food and desserts. I can't wait to visit again.
Great place with vintage luxury vibe. Staff friendly and food great, the portions are large, we couldn't eat it all, the side order of chip was a waste as I couldn't eat more than a couple as was so full with the chicken skewers were fabulous moist and served on a miniature table bbq, full of flavour, huge about of chicken, I would have it between 2 next time and 1 portion of there real potatoes homemade chips. Cocktails are a work of art, and a explosion of wonderful flavours to the mouth.
I just had an amazing diner @Bohemia. My girlfriend ordered the truffels lasagne and I the famous fish & chips. It was literally the best fish I have ever eaten and also the Lasagne was amazing. I am not that big of a fan of Remoulade sauce and I asked if I could have some truffels mayonaise instead. That was no problem and I received a nice truffels mayo with the freshly shavings truffels on top of it. I would recommend this place to everybody and when I visit Brighton again I will certainly visit Bohemia Brighton! Thanks again! Great service, great meals, great prices.
Amazing cocktail bar with great staff. Went above and beyond making the cocktails and was doing off the menu cocktails of choice was a great night. the manager Sam was very passionate about his job and made the night 10/10 would highly recommend Ask for the cinnamon drink if your looking for a night to remember warning it's very strong
Were looking for somewhere to get a glass of wine and a cheese platter, and found this place. Ended up having the combined cheese and meat platter which was perfect. Sat outside on a slightly chilly day, but the heaters were on. Can't really rate the atmosphere but it looked amazing inside so would be keen to go back sometime.Food: 4/5
Me and my friends had a wonderful time at Bohemia. It has a great vibe and the service is terrific. In particular, the lovely bargirl Chloe was charming and made some of the best Espresso Martinis Ive ever had. Highly recommend.
Came in for a glass of wine with my partner on a Sunday night. Nice atmosphere, good music and the decor is lovely. Our bartender was attentive however, I must knock off a star for his oddly mild yet sarcastic tone
