We recently ordered a sofa from BoConcept at Redbrick, Leeds. The service we received from Becky Pollentine BoConcept Interior Designer was second to none - she was knowledgeable, personable, and gave great communication and advice over the month or so we were deciding on our final choice. We would give Becky 10 out of 10. The reason for the 8 out of 10 was for the brief interaction with the store manager, Karl, following our question about recycling our existing sofa - even though Becky had said BoConcept had a service and could arrange the removal and recycling of our old sofa, Karl wouldn't pursue this and just responded with a response of "to arrange it ourselves". It was an awkward situation which just took the edge off a +£5,000 purchase. We are looking forward to the delivery of our new sofa and obviously now we will arrange the removal of our existing sofa prior to delivery.
My wife and I had a very plesent buying experience in Redbrick Leeds store thanks to Becky's professional service second to none. Becky made herself a good example of successful selling: people buy from people they like and trust. We ended up with buying a beautiful dinning table and brought it home same day.
The sofa we brought collects fluff from clothes/ surroundings and it’s so hard to clean, got to go over it with lint roller every day and it’s especially embarrasing when have guests and when they get up from the sofa and it’s so dirty they always comment and apologise. The worst piece of furniture ever bought, complained to the store and got ignored
Uwais put our design together for our downstairs. It flowed though out and the colours and fabrics he chose was amazing !!! I would recommend Redbrick Mill and Uwais 100% for any future interior designs that we do. Nothing was too much trouble and the service was outstanding from them. We are soooo proud of our new design and furniture.
Staff were so helpful and service was very efficient. The table we bought is beautiful and just what we wanted.
Very happy with my new modena sofa! Friendly and helpful service at the showroom, great communication throughout and earlier than expected delivery. Delivery men were so polite and assembled the sofa in no time. Very good quality and looks amazing in my new living room. Overall I'm so delighted with my first Bo-concept purchase!
It’s just an excellent place to buy products for your home and gives it that extra bit of style.
We had a fabulous experience at Bo Concept in Red Brick. Joshua has been paramount in helping with furnishing and colour schemes for the last few months. Today we met with Becky who was really lovely and helped us with some flower displays for our house. She was attentive to detail and really knowledgeable. Thank you both so much. It was great to see you. Hopefully see you soon for some more prices in the near future. Great service. 100% recommended.
