Called on Tuesday 2nd April to donate a 2 seater leather recliner, the recliner is 16months old with fire label. I was told they would collect Wednesday  the 3rd between 12.30 - 16 30 but never came I contacted the office at 4 on that day to be told that I had the wrong day, and it was Thursday 4th between 13.00 - 16.30 even though I confirmed Wednesday and the time by email.  Well today Thursday they called for the recliner and said they would have refuse the donation because one side wasn't as spongy as the other side, considering we are both in our seventies and don't bounce about on the furniture Very very disappointed by the way they did take 4 items if electrical goods

Good selection of pre loved furniture.   Every thing from books to cupboards.  Near mcdonalds

Nice and friendly collection on time, good that it's helping the community with affordable items

Great shop purchased some good items friendly staff
