We had a lovely experience at Dreams. We were greeted by Linda who asked us what we were looking for, we said a mattress. She asked us if we would we like to try the mattress machine to see what fitted our bodies, it work brilliantly. Linda listened to what we wanted and showed us nothing that didn’t fulfill our requirements, then showed us mattress’s that filled our needs . She left us alone to try them and we were grateful for that and she explained the differences between the mattresses which we understood. So the whole experience was not stressful but very pleasant as it’s a big purchase and you need to be listened to and advised in a kind and helpful way which Linda did and we were appreciative of her kindness and expertise. Thankyou for the experience, Graham and Julie.
An easy process, managed very well. We sampled mattresses at a very wide range of prices, and although we thought we knew what we wanted, a trip to the store and the assistance of the in-store staff convinced us we'd got it wrong. Fortunately, with the range of products and the advice we got, we were able to change our minds, and hopefully get the right one now.
Visited the Birstal store in Leeds for a mattress, was greeted as we entered. A machine was used to establish the best mattress for my daughter. Refreshments were offered whilst we purchased the mattress. The staff there were so helpful and friendly especially the lovely gentleman that served us. He explained the order process and delivery, we didn’t have to wait long for delivery. Excellent customer service and would definitely recommend Dreams .
Linda at Birstall was absolutely brilliant, from taking us to the sleep machine to getting us our perfect mattresses! She helped us with all our order and ensured that we got best deal for money. Big thank you to Linda, she was honestly great!
Really friendly, professional staff with the knowledge required to answer questions about their products. Stephen served me and he was able to offer me some additional deals on delivery and assembly as I couldn't make use of the deal on buying a base and mattress as I only needed the base. Highly recommend.
First time buying a mattress so was unsure of what to look for and what i was doing, didn’t get the lady’s name who looked after me however amazing service! She was so lovely and helpful with explaining what things meant as well as providing detailed information about the mattress i bought / warranty. I know i’ll definitely go back in the future and know there is fantastic customer service
Excellent service from Stephen. He explained in detail the difference between each type of mattress and was not at all 'pushy' After a lot of trials we did eventually choose the right mattress for us. We would recommend Dreams to anyone needing help to choose the right mattress.
I have had a horrific experience with this company and would not recommend their service. I purchased a bed frame, headboard and mattress from Dreams at the end of March. My order was delivered on the 7th of May. The mattress arrived and it is soiled and the fabric is damaged with the springs poking out, I immediately called the delivery drivers who advised me to go through customer services. Customer services told me my option was to go back to the Leeds store where I purchased the order and to pick another mattress. When I got to the store the sales assistants refused to speak to customer services on my behalf, which left me no other alternative but to call from home. When I rang customer services they have now gone back on their word and claim the mattress was like this when I bought it, making me out to be a liar. I am now being refused a replacement and advised that I have to pay more money for a replacement which I believe is totally unfair when the mattress I chose has been damaged in transit/warehouse. I have requested a whole refund for my order which they still haven't got back to me about, I have therefore gone through the stress of contacting my bank to stop the payment going through. Overall, I have had extremely poor treatment from this company and a really stressful weekend after waiting over a month for my order. I have attached pictures of the damage for reference.
I went into store and was greeted warmly. My assistant was Stephen, he he was courteous and helpful throughout my visit there at dreams, having shopped there before I didn't expect anything less. All my needs and questions were answered respectfully and patiently. Thank you Stephen for all your help.
Really wonderful sales person - not at all pushy, gave us great, tailored advice. Really happy with the mattress I've come away with. Would highly recommend. Thank you.
