Bought many things from this store in one purchase, complained that sofa does not offer the support like the one sold from the store (the one thousands have people have already sat on) and told cushions need to be rotated and that's it. If you're unhappy it doesn't matter, nothing will be done. This is just another furniture shop but charging much higher prices. If you really like something I'd suggest going online with the brand name and finding it cheaper with no service online as its no service after sales!

Furniture good, service good, but they will send spam texts for the rest of your life. Why do companies think spamming you will make you want to use them again?

Eager to please and great furniture pieces. Found them to be a bit pushy but overall a great place to shop.

We are just in the process of buying a house, and thought we'd had a look into barker and stonehouse, it's not the cheapest place !! However no harm in window shopping and getting ideas. my wife spotted the corner dining table, we both loved it. We spoke to a sales person - Russell, he was very helpful. Gave great ideas and options. His product knowledge was spot on, noticed we had kids offfed us easy cleaning furniture etc. He clearly takes pride in customer service. We are still at the early stages only put the deposit down on the table, and we may even decide to get the sofa's due to the service and quality.
