Highly won’t recommend "I recently received my sofa order, but unfortunately, one of the sofas was delivered in the wrong color. Despite the driver acknowledging the mistake, customer service denied the error when I contacted them. She was rude and unhelpful over the phone This lack of accountability and refusal to address the issue has left me extremely dissatisfied with the service provided." Next time I would buy from DFS
Spent thousands on lazy boy sofas….bought a single double and triple! .and I would not recommend them at all…only comfortable if you're willing to spend extra thousands for a recliner. As a normal sofa….there horrendous for comfort. And not practical. I’m a 5ft 10 maleaverage…and feel as if the base length is too short to support the length of my thighs when sitting on the sofa. So legs start aching due to the lack of support .The sofa on display are purposely made comfier so you buy. Im now stuck with these sofa's for the next 30 years and won't be able to buy an actual comfortable sofa. It just shows, paying premium doesn't always mean there's quality. The sofas head rest is too far behind to even provide any support for your neck?! So after 5 minutes of sitting on the sofa, with no neck support my neck starts hurting/cramping. I then have to sit on the floor shortly after. If you want any neck support, you have to your head far back where your neck then curves. Every guest that arrives at my home say the exact same thing and how I was clearly ripped off. Its embarrassing. My biggest regret ever, was purchasing these sofas. As it never delivered what was promised. and that was luxury combined with comfort!!!!
I had a highly unsatisfactory experience with SCS. We placed orders for both carpet and wood flooring with them. Firstly, the carpet did not meet our expectations in terms of fit and quality. Secondly, the wood flooring delivery included mismatched wood and scotia. Despite reaching out to SCS on approximately 15 occasions, we have yet to receive any updates on when the new scotia and T-bar will be delivered. It is more than 6 weeks I am waiting for the update. There is no direct email or contact number that you can call to shop. The customer care number is minimum 50 minutes waiting.
Excellent customer service and no pressure to buy. Tracey had a thorough knowledge of the products and services and dealt with our order in an efficient and friendly manner. Would recommend!
Absolutely amazing customer service, staff was very welcoming & friendly went above and beyond for me & my mum told them what we was looking for, they knew exactly what would be best for us and suit our needs, couldn’t recommend the Batley branch enough. Looked at many different places, but this place was the best!!! Thank you once again for everything will definitely return again soon
We went to your Birstall store.Saira was amazing. When we chose our furniture she explained everything to us. She was really pleasant and made us feel welcome . Lovely lady.
Targeted a couple of excellent looking recliner settee's - assisted by Tracey, we got all the help and advice we needed in a very polite, professional and very informed manner. Excellent service.
Really helpful staff, with no pressure to purchase. Good range of options, I found several I would buy, unlike some of the other stores on site.
We called in to order our third replacement sofas I guess that says it all. The staff were very helpful and hopefully we have ordered sofas that will last this time lol . We wanted electric recliners but it was an extra 1k for the pleasure ouch lol manual reclining for us then. Cheers Duncan and Helen
