Marvelous historic Inn in jackfield.. About 20 min walk from Ironbridge. Its a nice walk too. Right on the river severn so lovely views. The ale is nice and they do snacks, usually 2-3 on and well kept. Great service behind the bar... It's been flooded a few times so get in there ASAP. Highly recommended
Lovely little pub next to the river Severn Coalport. Under new management. Events on most weekends. Last weekend was raising money for combat stress. Check with the pub to see other events. Music on most weekends
Truly is one of the last old world pubs, unspoiled by modern breweries, a traditional pub, as it has been over the centuries. 100% worth a visit, I can imagine it is amazing in the summer months with the River Severn on the doorstep. I will 100% return on my motorbike once the weather breaks, would make a great biker meeting place just outside of Ironbridge. #CarLeasingGuy recommends the Boat!
We loved it. Felt very cosy, rustic, reasonable, great selection of bar snacks, friendly, lovely range fire. We are seasoned pub goers and this is up there with a real good traditional pub. We had a 6 year old and 2 year old and a dog and we felt extremely comfortable and happy there. A lovely surrounding place for a walk too
My new favourite pub! Staff are friendly, good prices and lovely atmosphere with great views too. Had a cheese burger which tasted amazing and I'm usually quite picky would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back!
Amazing little pub, and discovered quite by accident. Proper old pub with a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Very nice indeed.
This place is very dear to my heart. The relatively new owners, Mario & Lisa, are doing a fantastic job. The atmosphere is lovely for such a quaint little pub with so much history. Highly recommend

Popped in for a quick drink whilst at the Dogs Trust fundraiser. New owners Mario and Lisa have created a lovely welcoming environment and it was great to see the pub so popular. Definitely worth a visit.
Good ales and great resilience, been flooded from the river over 20 times and still going
