Starting with the physical space itself, it is a beautifully spacious old building with a number of different spaces and rooms all across it that a wedding party can use. There are rooms to get ready in, a large hall to use for a ceremony or dining or both as we did, a beautiful courtyard, and a delightful back garden. Being able to get such a space in central London in an area that also has a lot of hotels around it was extremely convenient. A lot of the guests at the wedding simply stayed in a nearby hotel which made it easy especially for those that may not be familiar with the city. The catering was also top notch, with delicious food and snacks through the day. We even asked the catering team to bake a particular dessert for the evening and they accommodated that request and did a great job on it. More than just the physical space, from our first meeting with Ellie we were impressed and comforted by her and the team’s level of knowledge and competence. She knew what to do and knew the right questions to ask which really put our minds at ease. Throughout the process of the planning the wedding all interactions with Ellie and her team were extremely smooth. We communicated mainly by email and they entertained numerous visits to the site with different suppliers or parents who wanted to see the venue. All in all would highly recommend the BMA house as a space for a wedding. Central London charm with a fantastic organizational team behind it!
A historic building with great spaces and facilities for both events and conferences. A friendly and professional team run this space ease. Great travel links nearby.
Stunning building and such lovely staff. The rooms are so impressive and so are the courtyards. Lovely touches: You can fill up your water bottle in the cafe. The toilets are spotless and female toilets have sanitary products ready to use. For any Muslims - There is also a prayer room with prayer mats and a Qibla docket on the ground floor!
Stunning location, really well kept, beautifully clean and the catering was superb. The staff were all too keen to help and the sustainability credentials make this venue the cherry on the top! Such a great visit.
Visited BMA House for a conference, for work. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The environment clean. Staff on hand, from a catering perspective, were friendly with a smile and provided great service. The catering provision was great including pastries!.
BMA House is a decent location for events. I attended conference here, with friendly staff, easy access and plenty of seating. Food and catering was good quality too.
Lovely layout & facilities in a clean environment with a beautiful garden attached to the cafe & a patio as well.
Spectacular venue and amazing food for a conference Gala dinner. Service tailed off towards the end, but there were approx 160 of us.
Pretty location,tidy inside out,a nice venue for medium size conference.Mind the access regarding logistics if planning a large event as anything bigger than 7 1/2 tons truck might not be easy to drive in,out and around....talking from experience.
