Loved the Drôle event! Wonderful displays, well set out with excellent lighting and some great information Would've appreciated names of artists and such for some of the pieces, mind! Only caveat was the flooring and such not being too great for wheelchair accessibility
A truly unique location in central London. I first visited here when artists were using it as studios in the 1980s, but in recent years it's run an inspiring and dynamic programme of music, exhibitions, talks and all kinds of fun activities. As ever in such a city, they've been threatened with closure for the inevitable redevelopment, so make the effort to go along and support them! You won't be disappointed.
Great venue for artwork. Plus a good way to support the hospital.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedYes
What a wonderful creative space that needs saving! Its like a village in the city of London. A hidden gem and history of creativity which must not be sold to developers! First time visit and loved it Saw GraceGraceGrace there, for a performance and speaking piece on Femiscide - 10/10. Amy the host was amazing too.
Unusual venue, it was a horse hospital after all. Adequate facilities and a small bar. As a variety of events from talks, music to plays. Always fun.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedYes
SHOULD be very cool and unique - due to its character, history and building. Empty and not really worth a visitVisited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
Iconic and under threat! Great gallery, many great events happening there. At the moment "Arrows Of Desire" until 20th of July. Many great and well known artists on the LGBT scene. BBC documentary upcoming! Curated by Manko Sebastian
Amazing cult venue long may it continue
The most important cultural space in London today, and possibly the world! Wonderful program of events, the Horse Hospital and it's fantastic crew who run it are a national treasure.Visited onWeekend
Fascinating building that appears to have retained it's original features where horses were once treated. Ideal place for the art exhibition on St. Sebastian.
