We cant say how thankful we are for this taxi company who saved us from freezing to death in the worst snow in years! We arrived 6.30am Saturday morning after a night out in Birmingham as we could only get a bus to Blackheath and not to halesowen where we needed to go. They didn't have any drivers because of the bad weather so the manager took us home himself and was fantastic. The man behind the glass in the office even brought us a cup of tea to warm us up as he said we looked froze to death. Thank you so much.... Jack and liene 🙂

Have been let down by this company before cancelling a driver then turning up 44 minutes late for an urgent hospital appointment.

I used them last week to get to work.Turned up.on time however the journey was not good.Driver speeding and being unsafe to make up time as he was hurrying to get back to take his son to school.
Emailed Brookfleet to complain.They acknowledged receipt but didn't bother to look into the matter or have decency to respond despite receiving a message asking if everything was ok with trip.
They may be a decent price but at what cost if they could potentially cause an accident by reckless driving.
